Yasmine Tanres is the kind of person who makes you forget you’re being interviewed.
One moment you’re chatting about the work you do, and before you know it, you’re sharing the moments that shaped you — the turning points, the identity questions, the truths you don’t usually say out loud.
People open up around her not because they planned to, but because she meets them with presence, curiosity, and a sincerity that disarms even the most media-trained guest.
She doesn’t just ask questions.
She creates connection — the kind that reveals who we are beneath the performance.
A Host, Producer, and Content Creator, Yasmine works where meaningful conversation meets cultural clarity. With Spanish–Chinese roots and a London upbringing, she carries a global sensibility and a grounded presence that make her just as comfortable interviewing Hollywood A-listers as she is speaking with CEOs, and your everyday heroes who deserve a platform.
And when she listens, people talk!
A storyteller guided by identity, curiosity, and culture
Honored by the City of Los Angeles for elevating underrepresented stories, and celebrated as a “Top Face of Hollywood” by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Yasmine’s career is built on one throughline:
stories that matter — told with emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
She most recently conceptualised and hosted “A Look Into Our America”, a Telly Award–winning series exploring identity, community, and modern American narratives from the ground up. The show earned two Telly Awards (DEI + Talk Show) for its blend of journalism, humanity, and fresh-format storytelling.
Across her career, she’s interviewed A-list talent, political figures, cultural leaders, and changemakers on national TV in the US and UK. She has covered major studio junkets for Netflix, Apple, and Paramount, and her screen presence reached global audiences through Netflix’s hit series Bling Empire.
On stage, on camera, and in community
As a live host and emcee, Yasmine has partnered with brands across entertainment, fashion, tech, and lifestyle — from the Asian Fashion Show LA to the ADDY Awards to a Genesis Motors digital takeover.
Her style is unmistakable:
calm yet energetic, warm yet incisive, polished yet deeply human.
Her commitment to representation runs beyond her career. Yasmine led a panel for Mixed Asian Media — spotlighting the organization twice on national TV — a mission rooted in her own mixed heritage and lived experience navigating identity.
Her humanitarian work, from supporting Tibetan refugees in India to serving as an Orphanage Assistant in Africa, shaped her worldview as much as any studio set or red carpet. It’s why she asks questions the way she does: with respect, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand.
A storyteller shaped equally by wellness and the world
A long-term partner of Fabletics and a 250-hour certified yoga practitioner, Yasmine brings mind–body awareness into her work — especially her emerging focus on wellness-based storytelling and public-speaking workshops centered on presence, grounding, and clarity.
And when she’s not on camera or crafting narratives?
You’ll find her:
— on the yoga mat, recalibrating her mind;
— hunting for the cleanest, baby-safe skincare (and converting everyone around her);
— or wandering new environments with family and friends, collecting stories and simultaneously passport stamps — with wonder, humour, and a deep appreciation for what connects us.
A global creative voice, rooted in purpose
Now based in Asia with the access to work across the US and UK, Yasmine partners with networks, productions, and global brands to create content that feels culturally intelligent and emotionally resonant. Her work has been featured on Good Morning La La Land, Style LA Magazine, The Women in Telecommunications Network, The Asian Today, and The Red Silk Carpet Issue, among others.
But titles and features aside, Yasmine’s mission is simple:
to make every story feel worth listening to — and every person feel seen.
Because beyond the headlines, beyond the filters, beyond the soundbites…
the real story starts here.
