From early childhood Yasmine loved an active lifestyle, especially taking dance classes and being part of the British Gymnastics Association. Her intrigue for yoga developed during her college years, as she found balance within and knew it would benefit her overall health greatly long term. She started with Kundalini in her hometown of London to learn about powerful breath techniques, and then explored diverse styles practiced around the world such as in Bali, Australia and India. While pursuing a career as a TV host and multimedia specialist, it was in 2015, that she landed in Los Angeles and was introduced to Hot 8 Yoga. She immediately fell in love with the studio, as the unique styles taught there offer a wide combination of cardio, meditation, movement and balancing postures. The effects have made her feel physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally more revived and connected, which fits in well with the demands of her profession. In 2017 she completed her certification in Yoga Vibe, a distinctive style created by Omar Lopez that calls for practitioners to delve deep into their instinctual essence along deep lounge music and rhythmic vinyasa flows that instill a true warrior spirit for the common good. With her visualization and meditation techniques at the end of a session, she is committed to sharing the lessons she has learnt, and always looks forward to exploring further forms within her students and self, under the guise of exceptional mentors and fellow teachers.

At Home Yoga Session
We will focus on alignment transitions through vinyasa flows, core strength, endurance and visualization techniques during balancing postures. After stretching and cooling down with a meditation, you will feel a sense of power, clarity and higher consciousness.
Studio Yoga Session
Set in a dim lit studio with candles and soulful music, we will flow through sequences executed to various tempos and intensities as a rhythmic-based power class: challenging balance, core strength, endurance and stamina. Expect less alignment cues and some fast paced movement to music.
